Purchase Options Cancellation Policy If your order includes a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Once a recurring order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. To cancel or manage your subscription, please log into your account on growdoug.ca or contact us at doug@growdoug.ca. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to ensure the upcoming order is not processed.
